A Tutor for TABE Readiness Series

With the Test of Adult Basic Education (TABE) becoming an ever expanding fundamental requirement for GED / HiSet certificate recipients to gain entrance into Junior Colleges, and Vocational / Technical  Schools, but non-degree workforce positions nationwide, Aztec's "A Tutor for TABE" readiness series is becoming a highly valued tool for academic and vocational program students alike.

The Test of Adult Basic Education is structured on an E, M, D, and A level designed to meet the easy, medium, difficult, and advance skills in English, Math, and Reading. Additionally, the TABE test is structured in such a way as to score students at a Beginning Adult Basic Education Literacy level  grade equivalency of a 0-1.9 (indicating a strong illiteracy level to  a1st year 9th month grade academic level) and test them up to a High Adult Secondary Education Level (Grade level 11.0 - 12.9).

As a general rule, students looking to prepare for, and sit for the GED or HiSet exams are strongly encouraged (if not required) to score at a minimum of a 9.0 D-Level (9th grade, Difficult Level)  testing level in the three core subject areas noted above (English, Math, and Reading). Additionally, students looking to gain entrance into  Junior Colleges, (and many of the Vocational / Technical  Schools) without carrying a traditional high school diploma, are consistently being required to produce TABE scores demonstrating a 9.0 D-Level. In doing so, the student is able to not only demonstrate his or her effective understanding of academic materials  but demonstrate a strong grasp of their Language Arts and Writing skills as well.

***"A Tutor for TABE Readiness Series" is designed to prepare our students for the Test of Adult Basic Education, and does not take the place of the TABE Exam. However, at this time, in partnering with Data Recognition Corporation, Academic Foundations 365 is able (for the immediately  foreseeable future) to bring the TABE Exam into the privacy of your home by way virtual proctored testing.
