High School Equivalency Test (HiSet) Preparation Series

Aztec's  Kaplan Learning System is a cloud-based instruction / distance learner based program designed to provide our students with a complete HiSet Test Preparation Series that has been formatted in such a way as to mirror the HiSet testing experience. 

Our students will be provided a multi-modal, true to form, series of  practice tests and unit-level pre/post tests comprised of multiple  choice items. Additionally, students will provided an essay test  included for testing the student's knowledge and skills specific to Language Arts Writing. 

Furthermore, our students will find that the lessons found in the HiSet Prep series are problem-centered and include question sets that elicit higher-order thinking. Through the higher-order thinking process, our students not only absorb the material offered in this program, but become better equipped to become life-long learners in all areas of their lives. 

*** Although the HiSet is a federally backed high school equivalency  test, and recognized nation-wide, it is not offered in all states and/or their state's adult basic education testing centers. Students engaging in Aztec's HiSet Prep Study Program should check with respective testing  centers prior to beginning their studies. 

***As an alternative to the HiSet, many states and /or their respective state testing centers offer the GED.
